Refine your lines, express with intention, and embody the art of graceful control.

From Shoulder to Fingertip workshop dedicated to the power and nuance of upper body expression. We’ll spend three immersive hours refining the details that elevate arm work from functional to captivating. Through focused technique, body alignment, and isolation drills, we’ll explore the mechanics of the shoulders, elbows, wrists, hands, and fingers—building control, precision, and fluidity. We’ll then bring those tools into motion, working with new combinations and a short choreography that weaves expressive arm pathways into the body’s natural flow.

Perfect for dancers ready to deepen their awareness and bring more intention and elegance into their movement vocabulary.

1:30 PM – 4:00 PM Movement Through Intention with Mira Betz

Find your voice through movement—no matter your style or experience.

This workshop is about tapping into the natural drive we all have to move. Whether you're a trained dancer or just curious, we'll use focused exercises in attention, coordination, and creativity to help you connect intention with action.

You'll build tools to move with more purpose and freedom, expanding your movement vocabulary in a way that feels personal and real. It’s not about perfecting technique—it’s about making technique work for you, and using it to express something honest.

If you’re looking to explore your own way of moving and bring more meaning to your dance, this is the place to start.

Doors open at 6:30 PM | Show begins at 7:00 PM
Join us for an intimate evening of performances featuring Mira Betz, Kami Liddle, and a selection of workshop participants.

Tickets for the evening show will be available in June.

Early Bird Rate: $125
Includes five hours of workshops and admission to the evening show

Performance Opportunity

Workshop participants are invited to apply for a performance slot in the evening showcase. Spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

To apply, please email kamiliddle@mac.com with the subject line “Performance Slot.” Include your name and indicate whether you intend to perform a solo, duet, trio, or group piece.

Performance time limits:

• Solos: 4 minutes

• Duets/Trios: 6 minutes

• Groups: 8 minutes (all performers must be registered students)

Video of your performance will be available for $15.

Refund Policy

Tuition for the intensive is non-refundable, but it is transferrable to another student if you are unable to attend. Please note that performance slots are not transferrable.
